(3) Background noise. The background noise in the darkroom is at least 8 dB lower than the Class 5 limit specified in CISPR 25 in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 9 GHz. The peak value should be less than 48 dBμV/m; the average value is less than 28 dBμV/m. During the background noise test, there was no EUT in the dark room, and all electrical equipment such as lighting and surveillance cameras were turned on.
