civil standard anechoic chamber

Civil standard EMC electronics mainly include: consumer electronics, multimedia electronic products and engineering and medical electronic products. According to the corresponding EMC standards and test distance, anechoic chambers can be divided into 3-meter method, 5-meter method, and 10-meter method anechoic chambers.

  • Civil standard anechoic chamber indicator requirements:

    (1) The indicator requirements for shielded rooms are equally adopted.

    (2) Normalized site attenuation NAS. Frequency range: 30MHz to 1GHz, as specified in CISPR16-1-4 and ANSI C63.4 standards. For a 2-m-diameter turntable area (or a larger diameter dead zone area), within a test distance of 3m (5 meters, 10 meters), a dead zone with a diameter of 2m and a height of 2.0 m (or a larger diameter dead zone area), the normalized site attenuation deviates from the theoretical value by better than ±4dB.

    (3) Field uniform FU. The uniformity at 14 of the 16 test points in the frequency range from 26MHz to 18GHz is 0, +6 dB, and the standard field is a vertical plane of 1.5m x 1.5m in the range of 0.8m to 2.3m above the turntable.

    (4) Site voltage standing wave ratio SVSWR. From 1GHz to 18GHz in accordance with CISPR16 -1-4, a dead zone of a cylinder with a diameter of 2.0 meters (or larger) and a height of 2.0 meters, a test distance of 3m (5m, 10m), and the field voltage standing wave ratio in both vertical and horizontal polarization directions is better than 5.5dB; background noise test.

    (5) Background noise. The latest version of GB9254 stipulates that level B testing is carried out. During this test, there is no EUT in the darkroom, but when the turntable continues to rotate, the antenna tower rises and falls, and the lighting is all turned on, the monitoring equipment is turned on to meet the CISPR32 9KHz--6GHz distance from the classB limit of 10dB.
